We are a management consulting firm looking for Indonesia’s next business leaders. As the firm’s team member, you will play key roles in growing, improving, and creating businesses for our clients as well as building the firm. Our typical engagements involve companies from various industries (banking, mining, consumer goods, public sector, etc) with access to top management team as our main client.

We are looking for a person to fill in the following position as a

 

CONSULTANT

Consultants are expected to work independently in both problem solving and project management. You will be accountable for important milestones and actual business results.

General requirements:

1. Strong academic background in business, engineering, medical, or law; second degree preferred
2. More than three years of working and leadership experience in business or management consulting
3. Result oriented and high ambition/aspiration

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

As an associate consultant you are expected to contribute for the team’s success from day one. You will be a part of highly motivated team which put your personal development as one of the key priorities.

General requirements:

1. Strong academic background in business, engineering, medical, or law
2. Min GPA of 3.25 for 1st degree and 3.5 for 2nd degree
3. Some experiences in major companies / institution with outstanding achievements

For fresh graduates, proven interest in business / management as well as leadership track record in student organizations.
